Clinical or Professional Development Consultation

All services are provided via telehealth (video based sessions) using a secure platform.

I provide clinical consultation services to licensed clinicians seeking professional guidance in their work with clients. I utilize a relational psychodynamic perspective in my work. Consultation can be for a specific brief topic or as expansive to include diagnosis and case conceptualization, treatment planning and interventions, transference and countertransference that arises in the work, and cultural and social justice components such as race, power, and privilege dynamics. While I do provide consultation services, please note that I do not provide clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians at this time.

I also provide professional development consultation particularly to BIPOC women in leadership positions who often contend with imposter syndrome, burnout from poor boundaries and lack of work-life balance, microaggressions, challenges managing teams, and systemic racism in the workplace. I support women to improve boundary setting to maintain work-life balance, to engage in assertive communication, to create safe spaces in the work setting, and problem-solve barriers to their effectiveness in their leadership roles.
